For any additional fees, customers can refer to this link: https://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/agweb/pdfs/fingerprints/forms/fees.pdf Re-submission fee: No Charge if Rejected (If original prints are done by us) 15 min in person appointment. ”Must have a “Request for Live Scan” form and Valid ID. Request forms can be obtained from the requesting agency, they are Specific to the License or Job applying for.”
