Service Description

Traditional ink fingerprinting for specific applications. $100 for 2 cards, cards will be provided. $90 for 2 cards, customer provided. Re-submission fee: No Charge if Rejected (If original prints are done by us) Requirements for the Service: Live Scan Request Form: Provided by the requesting agency. We do not provide forms. Copy of Valid ID: A copy of a valid identification document is required. Two Sets of Fingerprints: Must be on FD-258 fingerprint cards without smudging. Payment: The service fee for 2 Ink cards is $100.
